HUDA Apps is the shared brand for independent products; this page does not claim registered-company status. HUDA’s Google Play listing uses the store developer name HUDA App and identifies the developer as Meliha Kardaş. For website and app privacy questions: destek@hudaapps.com. This notice was updated on 10 October 2026 based on the current website code and publicly available store information.
Information processed on the website
This website is a static product showcase. It has no account creation, payment, upload or server-submitted contact form. This version includes no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. When pages are served through Firebase Hosting, technical information such as IP address, request time, browser/device information and requested resources may be processed by the hosting provider for service delivery, security and abuse prevention. An ad-free website does not mean that the HUDA mobile app is ad-free.
Browser preferences & web demos
This version uses no application cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Language choice is represented by the page URL. Project filters and concept-demo values exist only in the open page’s memory and reset when the page reloads. Demos do not request actual location, step, health or sensor data. Fonts and images are served from this website.
HUDA mobile app: data categories
The Google Play Data safety declaration states that device or other IDs may be collected, and location and device/other IDs may be shared with third parties. Location supports prayer times, Qibla and nearby-mosque features. Notification and alarm permissions support prayer reminders. These are developer-provided store declarations; this website has not independently audited all app data flows.
Advertising, purchases & third parties
The Google Play listing indicates ads and in-app purchases. The previous publicly available privacy notice refers to Google AdMob, advertising IDs, device information, IP addresses and ad interactions. The current SDK inventory and version-specific processing details cannot be confirmed without reviewing app sources. Google Play purchases are subject to Google’s applicable terms. Radio, external services and links may be subject to the relevant provider’s privacy rules.
Voice features
Content provided to voice practice, guidance and command features may include personal information. Check in-app permissions and notices or contact support for details about transfers to service providers and recording retention.
Purposes, permissions & legal basis
Information may be processed to deliver the service, operate chosen features, maintain security, provide support and meet applicable obligations. Device permissions may be used for permission-dependent features; consent or another appropriate legal basis must be considered where required. An Android permission is not unlimited consent for all processing. Legal bases under Türkiye’s KVKK and applicable rules in other markets must be determined against actual data flows.
Retention, transfer & deletion
Web demos do not retain data. Support messages sent by email are processed through the relevant email service. Provider-specific retention periods, international transfers and deletion mechanisms for the mobile app are not fully established by these sources; request details from support. The Google Play declaration indicates encryption in transit and “Data can’t be deleted.” Clearing local app data does not necessarily delete information held by third parties.
Choices & user rights
Manage location, notifications and other relevant permissions in device settings. Advertising ID and ad preferences can be managed through Android/Google settings. Under applicable law, send information, access, correction, deletion, objection or consent-withdrawal requests to destek@hudaapps.com. The scope and exceptions depend on applicable law; only necessary information should be requested for verification.
Children’s privacy & security
The app is listed for a general audience. If you believe a child’s information has been processed inappropriately, contact destek@hudaapps.com. Appropriate safeguards are necessary, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Age and consent requirements for children must be assessed for the relevant country and service context.
Planned products & updates
Deep Prospect, SoleRivals and Reactarium are not yet offered as public services. This website does not collect user accounts, health data or gameplay data on their behalf. Each product must publish a policy reflecting its actual processing before launch. The update date changes when this notice is revised. Send questions about matters requiring source-code or legal review to support.
